Good news @sarah-0 - a fix has been applied and is live today (04-08) (version 1.0.4).
To pick up the update, close and reopen the app on your phone. Then full screen scroll with keyboard open should behave properly.
Give it a try and let me know if you're still seeing anything odd - happy to reopen this if so. In that case, if you could please provide a screenshot or some further information, such as your device, that would be appreciated.
