Hi there I created a new custom card called Travel. I used it once it worked fine. The second time I tried to select it it wouldn’t save in my plan and then the plan dropped out. This happened today on my iPhone on 4G with two bars.

This is fixed as of v1.0.6, now live. Thanks for reporting it - let us know if you still see it after updating.

A wishlist style request. It would be a fun feature of you could choose your colour scheme from a selection of palettes.

Heck yes, Sarah! In addition to changing colours, eventually we want people to be able to customise their own version of our star character, Nova - you'll be able to give it a name, and customise its personality, etc.

Hi there I’d like the sanctuary bush. Sounds to keep playing when I’m tapping around on other parts of the app at the moment. If I hit the bird sounds it’ll keep playing if I’m minimise the app and go somewhere else on the phone but if I want to punch onto scoring or plan or another tab on the app it stops playing. I’d like to have it use it most days.

Hello, I have a request for a feature, I have no idea if it could even be done. But I would find a dedicated section for pacing to be helpful. Somewhere where I could make a goal or write down a challenge I have, plan how I'm going to work towards that goal or overcome tje challenge, and be able to document any process towards that goal or challenge. So for example if I want to be able to stand for 1 hour, I would use the pacing tool to calculate my baseline, steps to increase my standing ability, and document how ot os working so I know if I need to change anything.

Heya Carly - that would be wonderful! I'll email you to organise setting up a time

The notification screen is slow loading on both 4G and my Wi-Fi at home. First time I clicked on it. It worked and then second time I clicked on the notification bell. It froze.

Thanks Roger - this is a part of the other bug you reported earlier, with the blank notifications screen. This one is bugging us too! We're working on it at the moment - we'll let you know when it's been fixed! @jen-jen

Meditations a big one for me - Especially at the end of the day to bring everything down and settle — also the box breathing at lunch

I’ve been playing that one too - my tiny dogs bliss out to it too! Here’s Tink meditating atop paw … [image: 1786052121748-img_8853-resized.jpeg]

Hey there Lizzie I just did another score. I hit score now but it doesn’t show up in the Bar chart or the line chart. I changed my numbers as well so that it wasn’t just 31 again for the high. See screenshots below I tried it twice

Hey @jen-jen @lizzy-h — yes now it wirks fine now — hadn’t seen this till today thanks for writing back. I think many of my scoring issues are bandwidth related — combination of beta and working near a Defence building. Good to hear the scoring functionalities changing cause the high low doesn’t work for me in terms of user experience. I would rather see a trend line put through my scores which in my head sinks up with great exposure in recovery.

Hey there Lizzie — loving the box breathing — but I find it confusing when Helen asks me to find a square and look at it — shouldn’t she just say follow the square on the screen ? I am very literal and what if you can see a square? Roger

Hi Roger, thanks for sharing this feedback! That's a super understandable thing to bump against - Helen has created this assuming the listener may not want to stare at the screen while completing the box breathing, but you can also follow the animation with your eyes if you prefer. I'm hoping that this might feel more natural to you after your first listen? Let me know if it continues to bug you.

Hey there it’s now a 10 second issue? Restricts me from posting too much too quickly

Hi Roger, thanks for flagging this - I have disabled this feature, shouldn't happen again!

Hiya UX feedback — I always have to look and pause and find the score now button — it’s probably a template thing. If so in the prod version it would help me if you made it bigger and a colour or have it higher -

Thanks for this feedback, Roger! This would be quite a significant UX change, so rather than jumping on it straight away, we'll keep an eye on whether other beta testers are running into the same issue or asking for something similar. One of the trickiest parts of product design is balancing different people's preferences, so we're always looking for patterns rather than making major changes based on a single piece of feedback. We've logged this one and will definitely revisit it as more feedback comes in. Please keep the ideas coming!

I can't scroll to the bottom of this posting screen because my phone key pad stays on top. Also the first line of text as I'm typing is up high under the blurred part of the screen. I have a screenshot I'll try and share

Good news @sarah-0 - a fix has been applied and is live today (04-08) (version 1.0.4). To pick up the update, close and reopen the app on your phone. Then full screen scroll with keyboard open should behave properly. Give it a try and let me know if you're still seeing anything odd - happy to reopen this if so. In that case, if you could please provide a screenshot or some further information, such as your device, that would be appreciated. Thanks again for reporting it. — Jen

Playing with setting up a plan. If I leave without saving, both the confirm and cancel buttons on the warning pop up clear the plan.

Hey Lizzie, I’m not sure if it’s a beta thing. I’m on three bars here on 4G network but when I hit the finish topic button that hangs for a long time for going back to the learn Page.

Thanks for your patience, Roger. I've tried this a number of times on our side and haven't been able to make it happen again, which means its been fixed retrospectively or could be specific to a particular device or use case. Next time you're in the app, can you try it once more. If it happens again, let me know: The exact steps you took, in order, from the moment you opened the app Platform - iOS or Android The date and rough time it happened And if it's stopped happening, that's useful too - let me know and I'll close it off. Jen

Hi there Lizzie I found this hard to use. I was trying to change my notification back to 7 am but actually after three or four goes I just couldn’t find it.

Hi Roger, your timezone should have defaulted to your location - did you find that this didn't happen? Or are you referring to the drop-down list to change the alert times (or both)?

Short video from Insight Timer on the neuroscience of doom scrolling and how to break the habit...Could be helpful if you're like me and find yourself scrolling the news when you don't feel good.

Hi Lizzie, I got this pop-up when I tried to submit another bug report it wants to limit me because I’m a new user? Says I gotta wait three minutes before I can post again for some reason.

Ah this is a default setting in our community system, one of those things that hadn't been tested so I hadn't seen yet. Thanks for flagging, I will disable that now.

Living with pain can be isolating, frustrating and incredibly difficult to explain. This is a space for questions, support and honest conversation with people who understand.

You might be having a difficult day, looking for perspectives from people who have been there before, or simply needing somewhere to say, “This is hard.”

You don’t need to have the perfect question. You don’t need to find a positive angle or tidy your experience into a lesson. Sometimes, simply knowing you’re not the only one can make a difficult day feel a little lighter.

Please respond to others with care and kindness. We’re here to listen, share our experiences and support one another, not to judge, diagnose or tell anyone what they should do.

    We’re glad you’re here.

    • What the resource is
    • What it covers
    • Why you found it useful
    • Who you think might benefit from it

You don’t need to write a formal review. A link and a sentence or two about why you liked it is plenty.

We can’t wait to see what’s on your bookshelf, playlist or reading list.
