Use this space if you need technical help or think you’ve found a bug in flip*.
When reporting an issue, please include whatever information you can:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened
- What you expected to happen
- What device you were using
- Whether you were using the app or web version
- Whether the problem happens every time
- Any steps that might help us recreate it
Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful where possible, but please check that they don’t contain personal or sensitive information before posting.
Don’t worry if you’re unsure whether something is actually a bug. Tell us what happened and we’ll help figure it out.
