Hey there Lizzie I just did another score. I hit score now but it doesn’t show up in the Bar chart or the line chart. I changed my numbers as well so that it wasn’t just 31 again for the high. See screenshots below I tried it twice

hi there Lizzie I’m on my iPhone. I’ve got two bars reception on the Telstra network and when I did my first score of the day it showed that I had both a high and low (incorrect) and then when I rebooted my phone it showed the correct answer which is just one result of 21 because I’ve only done one score. Not sure if it’s a glitch or network — I tested other apps and they loaded fine, but flip showed unable to load (is beta bandwidth hungry?) awesome work — Roger r [link text](~~```

Hi Roger! This is a funny one, not positive about that - flip* shouldn't be overly bandwidth hungry! The data visualisation is done using a plug-in, so there may have been a brief glitch in flip* speaking to the plug-in. I'll flag this with our development team - please let me know if you see this happen again!

Also — this next or is More of a UX — i’ve probably spoken to you And ed about this before but if I score 3 times I want to see the three scores up there not just a high and low. That’s based on the decision making psychology of having three data points and then that’s what need to make your mind up about how you feel. And of course, personal preference …

Thanks Roger, I've passed this onto our dev team @jen-jen . Just so you know, we are planning on making some significant changes to the way that data visualises in the app. This will happen during beta - we'll let you know when we're closer to implementing the feature so we can get lots of feedback!

Hi @hugo-rune - I want to confirm the steps you took, as I have taken these ones below and the score I just did shows in the chart.

                      1. Complete a scoring session, clicking 'Score Now'
                      2. From the 'your safety buffer' screen, click 'View Insights' button
                      3. On 'scoring insights' screen, score you just completed not visible on the chart.

If repro steps are different to the above please let me know. If they are the same, when you score next, can you please tell me if the problem is persisting.

Hey @jen-jen @lizzy-h — yes now it wirks fine now — hadn’t seen this till today thanks for writing back. I think many of my scoring issues are bandwidth related — combination of beta and working near a Defence building. Good to hear the scoring functionalities changing cause the high low doesn’t work for me in terms of user experience. I would rather see a trend line put through my scores which in my head sinks up with great exposure in recovery.
